Detailed Meaning

In this verse, Shree Krishna explains that for those who are constantly devoted to Him, He takes personal responsibility for their enlightenment. He dwells within their 'Atma-bhava' (the inner state/heart) and uses the 'Jnana-dipena' (lamp of wisdom) to dispel the 'Tamah' (darkness) caused by material ignorance. This 'lamp' is not merely intellectual data but the 'Shuddha Sattva' (divine energy) or Grace that transforms the intellect, allowing the soul to perceive the Divine directly.
