Chapter 10, Verse 3

यो मामजमनादिं च वेत्ति लोकमहेश्वरम् | असम्मूढ: स मर्त्येषु सर्वपापै: प्रमुच्यते ॥३॥
yo mām ajam anādiṃ ca vetti loka-maheśvaram | asammūḍhaḥ sa martyeṣu sarva-pāpaiḥ pramucyate
"He who knows Me as the birthless, the beginningless, and the Supreme Lord of all the worlds—he alone, undeluded among mortals, is liberated from all sins."
Key Insight:
The Bhagavad Gita teaches us through 10.3 that true peace is found when we align our actions with Dharma.

Detailed Meaning

In this verse, Krishna establishes His transcendental nature as 'Aja' (unborn) and 'Anadi' (without beginning), distinguishing Himself from the cycle of birth and death that governs all created beings. To know Him as 'Loka-Maheshvaram' is not merely intellectual data but a deep realization of His sovereignty over all planes of existence. This realization, according to Vedic philosophy, is not attained by logic alone but through Divine Grace (Kripa). Such an 'Asammudha' (undeluded person) is freed from 'Sarva-papaih' (all karmic reactions), as their consciousness shifts from the finite to the Infinite.
