Key Insight:
The Bhagavad Gita teaches us through 10.37 that true peace is found when we align our actions with Dharma.

Detailed Meaning

In this verse, Lord Krishna continues to reveal His divine opulences (Vibhutis) by identifying Himself with the foremost entities in specific groups. Among the Vrishni clan, He is Himself (Vasudeva). Among the Pandavas, He is Arjuna (Dhananjaya), signifying that Arjuna's peerless skill and devotion are a manifestation of Divine power. Among the Munis (silent sages), He is Vyasa, the compiler of the Vedas. Among the Kavis (poets or visionary thinkers), He is Ushana (Shukracharya), the brilliant preceptor of the Asuras. This demonstrates that wherever there is peak excellence, wisdom, or power, it is a spark of the Divine.
