Detailed Meaning

This verse enumerates various levels of celestial and terrestrial beings—ranging from the powerful administrative deities (Rudras, Adityas) to ancestors (Ushmapas) and even antagonistic forces (Asuras). Their collective wonder signifies that the Universal Form (Vishwarupa) is so transcendent that even those who govern the universe or possess perfected powers are humbled and mystified by its magnitude.
