Chapter 11, Verse 7

इहैकस्थं जगत्कृत्स्नं पश्याद्य सचराचरम् | मम देहे गुडाकेश यच्चान्यद्द्रष्टुमिच्छसि ॥7॥
ihaikasthaṁ jagat kṛtsnaṁ paśyādya sa-carācaram | mama dehe guḍākeśa yaccānyad draṣṭum icchasi
"See now, O Gudakesha (Arjuna), the entire Universe together with the moving and the non-moving, concentrated at one place here in My body, as also whatever else you would like to see."
Key Insight:
The Bhagavad Gita teaches us through 11.7 that true peace is found when we align our actions with Dharma.

Detailed Meaning

Lord Krishna reveals that the entire cosmos—encompassing all time, space, and every entity—exists simultaneously within His divine form. By addressing Arjuna as 'Gudakesha' (conqueror of sleep/ignorance), He invites him to witness the 'Vishwarupa'. This verse emphasizes the unity of existence, where the distinction between the macrocosm (the universe) and the microcosm (the Divine presence) dissolves. It also hints that Arjuna can see future events, such as the outcome of the war, within this vision.
