Detailed Meaning

Sattvic Dhriti (determination) is characterized by an unswerving willpower developed through Yoga. It provides the internal governance required to regulate the mind (manas), the vital life-breaths (prana), and the sensory organs (indriyas). This type of fortitude is not driven by ego or external rewards, but by a disciplined alignment with one's higher self, allowing an individual to remain steadfast on the path of Dharma regardless of internal or external obstacles.
