Key Insight:
The Bhagavad Gita teaches us through 2.54 that true peace is found when we align our actions with Dharma.

Detailed Meaning

In this pivotal verse, Arjuna asks Krishna for the clinical symptoms of an enlightened soul. He uses terms like 'Sthitaprajña' (one with firm wisdom) and 'Samādhistha' (one in a state of spiritual absorption). Arjuna isn't just asking for a definition; he wants to know how such a person functions in the world—how they communicate (prabhāṣeta), how they remain still or deal with internal stimuli (āsīta), and how they interact with the external world (vrajeta).
